Ho Chi Minh City and the Consulate General of Vietnam jointly organized an event promoting Vietnamese tourism in San Francisco, California, USA.

Mr. Nam also said that Hoi An is an attractive destination full of potential, especially local cuisine and culture that suit American tastes and is also a place that preserves traditional cultural and historical values.
After the program in San Francisco, from October 17 to 19, Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness and more than 10 leading tourism businesses in Vietnam participated in booths at the IMEX America 2023 fair taking place at Madalay Bay resort, Las Vegas aims to promote the image of Vietnamese tourism.

The United States is one of the important markets for Vietnamese tourism with much potential to contribute to the flow of tourists to Vietnam. And it is a market with strong growth potential that is always in the top 10 tourist markets to Vietnam. 2019, before the Covid-19 outbreak, Vietnam welcomed about 747,171 tourists. By the first 6 months of 2023, Vietnam welcomed more than 548,866 visitors. This is a very good sign confirming the efforts of the two countries.
